It’s very important. Pamper yourself. Take a long, hot bath. Have that ONE piece of dark chocolate – believe me better than the milk one. Buy a fancy-looking bottle of some weird-ass drink you’ve always wanted to try. See your therapist, say hi. Read a book or two. Go sweat at the GYM (my best treat of all times). Have sex with somebody or alone.
Don’t feel bad about it. I learnt not to feel bad about it. In fact I treat myself everyday. Gym, chocolate, face masks, good food, relax. Think – YOU are the most important person in your life. Love yourself it will pay off.
